At Billet-Doux, we take pride in bringing you jewellery that is timeless, elegant, and made to last. Every piece is carefully checked before it leaves our studio, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our policy below applies.

1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
Returned in the original packaging, including any jewellery boxes, pouches, or certificates.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom-made, engraved, or bespoke pieces are non-refundable.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at [insert your email] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

4. Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please email sales@billet-doux.co.za for the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
